I’m not sure what Mark Joyner has up his sleeve this time, but he has a fun contest going on.

He is starting a new project called the Kaizen Club, which is all about making continuous improvement in ourselves.

I don’t know about you, but I’d like to wake up tomorrow and have all my problems and “issues” solved. But until that miracle happens, I’m going to have to work on it one day at a time.

It sounds like Mark has come up with another great method of getting the changes to occur.
