About a week ago, I gave a review of a new Self Hypnosis Program I had found and wanted to try out.

It’s been a week since I started the program and I’ve been pretty diligent with it. I’m listening to the CD I burned twice a day most days and at least once every day.

I originally reported that I was having problems getting my body to cooperate and RELAX during the sessions. It finally seems to have calmed down, although occasionally I still have minor problems. One time early on when I finally felt relaxed, I totally fell asleep during the whole thing! I don’t think that what they had in mind and luckily, that’s not usually a problem now.

I don’t feel my minor problems are really getting in the way from me enjoying the sessions or getting something out of them. I am able to follow all the relaxation exercises. I find her voice incredibly soothing and I come away from the sessions with a renewed sense of purpose.

Have I experienced any earth-shattering revelations or successes? No, not really. But I don’t think that’s what it is all about. Plus, it’s only been a week. I’ll give it the whole six weeks before I make an evaluation.
