Up to date info on all things self help

A website that is gaining popularity is www.meetup.com

Last time I checked there was over 57 thousand groups, and there are many in the area of self help and personal growth.

Just type in “personal growth”, “Tony Robbins” or any other subject into the websites search facility and you’re bound to find a group near you.

I shall report back on my experience attending a couple of the groups over the next few months.
