It’s been about 6 weeks since I started with the Hyptalk Self Hypnosis Program.
If you haven’t read the other installments, you can do so here:
Self Hypnosis Review, part I and Self Hypnosis Update, Part II
I’m now working with the third CD exclusively - it deals with creativity.
I find it interesting that I still get days where it’s hard to focus or relax, but they’re much rarer now. And considering my short attention span, I’m surprised that I haven’t gotten bored of it all by now.
- I’m still getting something new out of each session
- I find it relaxing yet invigorating at the same time
- It’s a chance to “refocus” my thoughts and energy
- Because I work at home, it’s also a great chance to take a break
- It’s something I look forward to each day
Ah…but you ask…where are the measureable results? Funny you should ask that. Although I haven’t “hit it big” yet, there have been a couple of interesting events that happened this month, which have caused me to re-think what I’m doing and to seek out the help I need to perhaps take things in a new direction. A direct result of this new program? Who knows?
I plan on staying with the program as long as I feel I’m getting some benefit from it. I may even order some new programs as I love the sound of her voice!
If there’s something YOU want to accomplish with your life - perhaps breaking a bad habit - losing weight, relationship issues, whatever….Look into Hyptalk Self Hypnosis.
It’s definitely worth it!
